Tehran’s Eid-al-Adha Prayer Leader warns Muslim world of Zionist plots

Senior Prayer Leader of Tehran, in his Eid al-Adha sermons Friday morning, called on world Muslims, especially the rulers, to take proper measures for safeguarding the interests and security of the Ummah.

Ayatollah Mohammad Imami Kashani, after leading a huge congregation for the special Eid Prayer at the sprawling Imam Khomeini Mosalla (Prayer Ground), said in his sermons: “The Islamic world should be vigilant as was mentioned by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in his message to the Hajj pilgrims.”

He said the world’s bullying powers, particularly the Zionists, are responsible for the present state of insecurity, the massacre of Muslims, and the economic problems plaguing the Muslim world.

Ayatollah Kashani urged the elites, Friday prayer leaders and writers of the Muslim world to protect the rights, dignity, and security of their peoples, saying: “For those wielding influence it is a religious duty highlight to the public the crises created and the bloodbath unleashed by the Zionists and their accomplices in Palestine, Yemen, Syria and other Muslim lands, in order to make all governments understand the present situation.”

He said the mass media ought to play a pivotal role in conveying to the world people the gravity of the Zionist plot and atrocities against Muslims.
